Entity-level certificate
Net worth of the bidding entity from its latest audited financials.
- From audited year-end figures
- References tender & threshold
- UDIN mandatory
- Uploaded in the technical bid
Government and PSU tenders use the net worth certificate as a pass-or-fail qualification filter at the technical stage. Regikart prepares a tender-format certificate referencing your tender and the required threshold, with a verifiable UDIN, on the correct audited reference date.

NWC for Tenders
Bidders on government, PSU & e-procurement tenders
Timeline
1-3 working days
For public procurement, the net worth certificate is a qualification document: the tender sets a threshold and the CA certifies whether your net worth meets it. Tender certificates are usually entity-level, tied to the latest audited financial year-end, and must reference the tender and threshold with a UDIN. It is read as a binary filter at the technical bid stage and uploaded on CPPP, GeM or state e-procurement portals.
TL;DR
A pass-or-fail qualification filter in government and PSU tenders. Must use the latest audited year-end (usually 31 March), reference the tender and threshold, and carry a UDIN. It is not the same as a banker's solvency certificate, which many tenders also ask for separately.
Net Worth
Total assets minus total liabilities, certified by a CA as on a given date.
UDIN
Unique Document Identification Number from ICAI - verifiable at udin.icai.org.
Solvency certificate
A separate banker-issued document; not the same as a net worth certificate.
Reference date
The audited financial year-end the tender requires, usually 31 March.
Net worth of the bidding entity from its latest audited financials.
Net worth of promoters or directors where the tender also asks for it.
